Bienvenue!
I originally started this blog in August 2006 as a way to stay in touch with people, and document my adventures during my junior year abroad in Paris. Then it became a combination food, travel, and book blog. When I took off traveling again, on my long-talked-of world tour, for about 7/8 months, I recorded much of it on here. I returned to Paris for a few months of adventures to try to make things work, before heading to New York City to try my hand at breaking into the travel writing and film industries. Here’s how that’s gone.
I’ve since transitioned this to a sort of professional site, but, since I still think my earlier travels are interesting, I’ve kept the archives for you to dig through. You can also check back here periodically to keep track of me and my latest projects, though Twitter is also a great place for that these days.
