Bonjour, mes amis!
As I’m sure you’re aware, I’m spending this year – my junior year in college – in Paris. This is my attempt to not only stay in touch with everyone, but also to keep you up to date on the crazy adventures of an American girl full of wanderlust and a passion for life and learning. If I don’t update as often as I intend to, well, it just means that there’s more you can ask me about when I get back!
I anticipate that this will be an amazing year. Beyond just being in my favorite city – my home – I am already planning trips to visit friends in London, Oxford, Florence, Prague, and wherever else people happen to be. And I’m planning trips (hopefully) with friends to Galway, Spain, Greece, the rest of France, and just about everywhere else I can go from Paris. If you want to come visit, I would love to see you – unfortunately, though, I won’t be able to offer you a place to stay, since I’ll be living with a family – so let me know when you’re coming!
Also, if anyone wants to donate funds, I can almost guarantee that I’m going to be broke. This is going to be an interesting year… ;-)
